“Dr. Caldwell developed and implemented the restorative justice program at Southern University and A&M College that reduced recidivism among students found responsible for violations of the student code of conduct. His ability to build campus-wide partnerships and collaborate with members of the Student Government Judicial Branch strengthened the effectiveness and visibility of the program.
